Spaghetti and Homemade Tomato

Ingredients
1 lb Spaghetti1 Cup Zinfandel (Red Wine)1 can pureed tomatoes1 Cup mushrooms10 cloves garlic1 medium sweet red pepper1 small yellow onion1 T honeyFresh basil to taste
Directions
Sautee the mushrooms, garlic, pepper and onion in olive oil. Add wine and reduce. Then add tomato puree, basil and honey. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Toss with spaghetti and garnish with a fresh basil leaf.
