Super Oats Chia Pancakes

Ingredients
2 eggs1 teaspoon vanilla1 tbsp milk1/3 cup applesauce1 cup Super Oats Chia 1 tsp baking powder1 teaspoon cinnamon2 tbsp brown sugar (packed)1 pinch of salt
Directions
Whisk together eggs, vanilla, milk and applsauce. In separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Heat nonstick skillet/griddle on medium-low. Whisk together wet and dry ingredients. Scoop batter with 1/4 cup, cook until lightly browned on edges and bubbly then flip.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings (4 pancakes each)
