1 lb Lean Ground Turkey, browned1 large can diced tomatoes1 small can tomato paste1 can lentils1 can black beans1 can chick peas2 cups grated or matchstick carrots1 cup chopped onion1 green pepper, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp dry mustard powder1 tbsp cajun spice1/4 cup brown sugar
Brown the ground turkey on the stovetop, then add all ingredients in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Enjoy!
