Turkey Meatballs and Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey2 Egg Whites1/4 cup parsley1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp paprika1 tsp onion powder1 1/2 tsp minced garlic3/4 c grated zucchini3/4 c shredded cauliflower1/2 c chopped mushrooms or spinach
Directions
Mix evenly and create balls. Or use veggies as "noodles" Bake for 18-20 minutes at 425 on a non-stick cookie sheet.
