Busy Day Oven-Fried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs1/4 cup all purpose flour1 tsp paprika1 tsp poultry seasoning1 tsp onion salt1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves1/4 pepper1 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 teaspoon oil6 Perdue chicken breasts (about 4 oz each)
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Add oil gradually. Toss with fork to blend.
Moisten chicken with water. Roll chicken in coating mixture. Place ins ingle layer in a 13x9 inch dish. Sprinkle any remaining crumb mixture over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center
