Ingredients
Split Peas - 2 cupswater - 8 cupsknorr vegetable gelatin cube - 1ground thyme - tspbay leaf whole- 13 large carrots chopped 2 cups diced ham
Directions
Add water, vegetable gelatine cube , bay left, thyme and 2 cups split peas to a pot. Bring to a boil, reduce and simmer 1 hour
Add carrots and ham, boil 1 more hour until carrots are tender.
