Green Smoothie

Ingredients
kalemedium to large appleceleryfrozen bananafresh gingerunsweetened almond milkfiltered or bottled waterice
Directions
Freeze a peeled, sliced banana overnight. Chop kale, apple (washed with peel on, organic best), celery and a 1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled). Add almond milk, water and ice to blender and then add chopped vegetables. Blend until smooth. If your blender has variable speeds, start on a slow speed and gradually increase to top speed.
