Grammy's Biscuit Topped Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
4 cups low-sodium or homemade chicken broth2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cooked and cubed1 1/2 cups carrot, sliced2 medium potatoes diced1 1/2 cups, celery diced2 1/4 cups Bisquick (I used regular but have used all kinds)2/3 cup skim milk
Directions
Bring chicken broth to a boil and add vegetables. Cook 10 min. Add chicken. Pour into a casserole dish. I use a round, 2 qt. Pyrex. While veggies are cooking, stir Bisquick and milk together to make drop biscuits. Drop dough on top of filling in dish. It doesn't have to completely cover everything because it will rise as it bakes.

Place dish in preheated 450 degree oven and bake 10-12 minutes until biscuits are browned. Cool 15 minutes before eating.
