Hamburger Soup

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 cup chopped onion1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup celery, chopped1 tblsp. oil1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground black pepper1/2 tsp. paprika1 - 20 oz. can of diced tomatoes1 - 14 oz. can tomato sauce4 cups hot water2 beef bouillon cubes or sachets1/4 tsp. chili powder3 tblsp. chopped fresh parsley2 cups diced carrots6-7 cups shredded green cabbage2 more cups of water
Directions
Brown beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT cabbage. Simmer 1 hour. Add cabbage plus 2 more cups of water. Cook one more hour, covered.
