Balsamic/Parmessan roasted cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower2tbs extra virgin olive oil1 tsp marjoram drieddash saltblack pepper to taste2 tbs balsamic vinegar1/2 cups parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat 450 toss sliced cauliflower in oil marjoram salt and pepper. Roast on rimmed aking sheet until starting to soften and brown on bottom 15 to 20 min. Toss the cauliflower with vinegar ans sprinkle with cheese and return to oven roast until cheese is melted and moisture has evaporated 5 to 10 minutes
