Mom's Spaghetti

Ingredients
2 lbs 93% lean ground beef1 onion chopped1 green pepper chopped2 cloves garlic minced2 cans tomato paste1 can tomato purée large1 cup water3/4 cup ketchup1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar2 Tablespoons sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp oregano1/4 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef. Add other ingredients and mix well. Simmer for 3 hours. Serve over whole wheat pasta and top with fresh grated Parmesan.
