Gluten Free Grain Bread (bread maker)

Ingredients
530ml water 80ml oil 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon white vinegar450g brown rice flour 70g besan 150g arrowroot or tapioca flour2 teaspoons Xanthan gum3 teaspoon brown sugar11/2 teaspoon2 tablespoon linseeds2 tablespoon sunflower2 tablespoon chia3 teaspoon yeast
Directions
1) place first 4 ingredients into baking pan in order with water
2)combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl mixed well then transfer into baking pan wipe any-spills from outside of the pan
3) place bread pan into bread maker and close the lid.
4)when the beeper alerts you that fruit nut dispenser has dispensers open lid .




i cook it in a bread maker but can be hand made & oven backed
