4.8 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast1 slice reduced fat provolone cheese2 Tbsp light honey dijon dressing1 ea Cibatta roll1 leaf Lettuce6 sticks Carrots6 sticks Celery
Pan sear chicken breast 3 min each side for color and then finish in oven at 325 degrees until internal temp is 165 degrees F. Place chicken breast on cibatta roll and melt provolone in salamander until melted and top with honey dijon dressing. Add carrots and celery sticks as a side
