Savory Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 can salmon, drained (reserve liquid1/2 c dry bread crumbsskim milk (add to reserved liquid to make 3/4 c or use 3/4 cup milk)1 egg, well beaten1/4 c egg beater2 tbsp dry minced onion1/4 slice stuffed green olives1 tsp lemon juice3/4 tsp celery salt1/2 tsp parsley flakes1/4 tsp basil leaves1/4 tsp dry mustard1/4 tsp black pepper1 tsp grated lemon peel
Directions
Flake salmon and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in 8" loaf sprayed loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This is easy and tasty with few calories.
