Black Bean Corn Salsa

Ingredients
1 can of whole kernel corn1 can of black beans1/2 lemonhandful of chopped fresh cilantro1 red pepper1 red onion3 tablespoons EVOO3 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegarsalt pepper
Directions
Rinse and drain a full can of Whole Kernel Corn and black beans. In a bowl, mix in Cilantro, Red pepper, Onion, EVOO, Balsamic Vinegar. Squeeze in half a squeezed lemon. Mix in corn and beans. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Let cool in fridge.
