For the making of one salad, please see cooking instructions.2 bags of Classic Romaine Salad Mix1 can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed1 can of Organic Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed1 can of No Salt, No Sugar Added Whole Kernel Corn, drained and rinsed2 mini cucumbers, choppedParmesan Cheese, gratedCesar CroutonsKraft Zesty Lime Vinaigrette DressingI purchased all these ingredients at the 99 cent only stores.
Directions
Before putting together my salad, I drain and rinse the beans and the corn. I mix them together in a medium sized storage bowl.

For one salad:

1.5 cups of Classic Romaine Salad Mix
1/2 cup of the beans and corn mixture
1/2 mini cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 tbsp of grated Parmesan cheese, sprinkled
3 tbsp of Cesar Croutons
2 tbsp Kraft Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
