Meatball & Zucchini Oven Dinner

2 lbs lean ground beef2 tsp garlic salt2 eggs 1/2 c chopped onion2-15oz cans Italian style diced tomatoes3 zucchini peeled and gratedCooking spraysalt and pepper to taste4 oz shredded mozarella cheese
Preheat oven to 375.
Combine beef, garlic, salt, eggs and onion. Roll into balls. Brown in large skillet over med-hi heat until cooked though, about 10 minutes. Drain. Pour tomatoes in blender and puree. Spread grated zucchini on bottom of 9x13 baking dish coated with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper. Cut meatballs in half; place over zucchini. Pour tomato purr over meatballs. Bake, covered, 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly. Uncover, top with cheese. Return to oven for 5 mins
