Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats (Old Fashioned Oats)1 Cup Splenda or equivalent of other sweetener1 1/2 Cups Flour (all purpose or self rising)1/2 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp. Salt2 tsps. Baking Powder1 Cup Raisins ( I place in HOT water before starting to plump them up)2/3 Cups Melted Butter2 Eggs and 1 Egg White1/2 Cup Skim Milk1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray cookie sheet with Pam
Mix butter, eggs, milk and vanilla in medium size bowl.
Add oats, Splenda, flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder to butter mix. Stir with wooden spoon until mixed.
Drop by heaping teaspoons onto cookie sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake on middle rack for 15 to 18 minutes. Time may vary in different ovens.
Remove to cooling rack.
Store in airtight container.
