Ingredients
Ideal Protein Potato Purée packet1 egg1/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp basil1/4 tsp oregano1 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp garlic powder1 pinch cilantro (optional)2 oz water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
Mix all ingredients in bowl
Spray cookie sheet with oil
Spread mixture onto pan
Bake 20 minutes to until done
