Ingredients
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 ozJalapeno Peppers, 2 peppers, chopped Hungarian Wax Pepper, 2 peppers, choppedOnions, raw, .50 cup, chopped Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup, rough choppedCauliflower, raw, .50 head, large (6-7" dia) Tomato Sauce, 3 cup Salt, .50 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Chili powder, 2 tbsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Brown turkey, peppers, onions and mushrooms. While that is cooking shred the cauliflower. After turkey is cooked through, add cauliflower and cook on medium for 10 minutes. Now add in the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 20-30 minutes.
