1 2 Lb. pork tenderlon, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 1 C water, 3/4C red wine, 3 Tbl. minced garlic, 3 tbl. soy sauce, pepper to tastse
place pork in slow cooker with soup packet. Pour water, wine and soy sauce over the top and turn it to make sure it's coated on both sides. Spread garlic over the pork. Sprinkle with pepper. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve the juice on the side.
