20 oz. filtered water6 c baby spinach1 head romaine lettuce - chopped2 stalks celery - chopped1/2 medium cucumber - cut into chunks - keep skin on1 medium lemon - remove peel and cut into chunks1 medium apple - skin on and cut into large chunks1/2 avocado2 T hemp seeds2 scoops Garden of Life Wheat Grass1 scoop Garden of Life Energizer2 oz. Aloe Vera Juice
1. Put water, spinach and romaine lettuce in blender; blend until smooth.
2. Add celery, cucumber,lemon, aloe, wheat grass, energizer, hemp seeds and apple; blend until smooth.
3. Add avocado and blend until smooth.
4. Enjoy! This should be consumed within 48 hours to maintain maximum nutritional value.
