4-5 Red Potatoes1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 Tsp Garlic Powder1 Tsp Rosemary1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan1 Tsp Lemon Pepper2 Tsp Salt
Slice potatoes relatively thin...I used my trusty mandolin.
Start placing the biggest rounds first around the sides of a pie tin.
Continue placing them around, working your way in to the center while the rounds begin to get smaller.
Paint with olive oil.
Sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary, lemon pepper, salt and shredded Parmesan on the potatoes.
Cook at 420 for 15 minutes and then broil for about 3.
