garlic shrimp with brown rice and veggies

Ingredients
24 oz peeled and deveined raw shrimp2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste2 cups spinach leaves1 box Green Giant broccoli and carrots with garlic and herbs1 bag Uncle Ben's long grain brown Ready Rice
Directions
Heat pan with olive oil. Prepare Green Giant broccoli and carrots in microwave per box instructions. Season raw shrimp with salt and pepper and sautee in heated oil. As shrimp is cooking (it doesn't take very long) season with garlic and toss in spinach leaves. Add Green Giant veggies and finally the bag of Ready Rice. Stir together until shrimp is pink and spinach leaves wilted. Don't overcook or shrimp will get really tough. This makes four huge servings (about 1.5 cups each) for 400 cals, 10 grams fat, and 40 grams protein per serving.
