Carlie's fav home made bread white/whole wheat

Ingredients
*All-purpose flour, 5 cup (remove)*flour, whole wheat, 6 cup (remove)*Active Dry Yeast, 9 tsp (remove)*Sugar - Granulated White, .33 cup (remove)*Blue Bonnet Margarine (Stick), 8 tbsp (remove)*MILK-SKIM MILK, 2 cup (remove)*Windsor Table Salt, 6 tsp (remove)3 cups Luke warm water
Directions
In mixer bowl add 1 T sugar to 1 cup Luke warm water & sir until dissolved. Let rise for 10 minutes.
Melt margarine
Warm milk to Luke warm
I use my kitchen aid mixer
Mix 5 cups of each flour together add remaining sugar and salt
Add to yeast about 1/2cup at a time after adding a couple of cups add milk and margarine
Then continue to add flour mixture add water by about 1/4c at a time until all four is used finishing up with last cup of whole wheat flour.
Knead until well mixed
Cover with plastic wrap & let rise until it doubles in size
Then knead back down using mixer
Let rise again until it doubles in size
Knead slightly cut 10oz sections and mold into buns & place 3 in each greased bread pan
Let rise again until double in size
Pre heat oven to 350 convection bake
Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown

Serving Size: 3 loaves with 48 slices total approximately
