Pulled Pork from Pork Tenderloin (less caloric!)

1 Pound of whole pork tenderloin (buy one that's just a bit over because you'll be trimming some of the fat away)1/3 cup of ketchup2 tbsp of cider vinegar1.5 tbsp of packed light brown sugar2 tsp smoked paprika2 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin0.5 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp salt
Trim the pork and cut it into 2 inch pieces.
Mix all other ingredients together in a sauce pan or a dutch oven.
Add the pork, stir to coat and cook on medium-low for an hour. Stir occasionally.
Transfer the pork to a bowl, shred it using two forks, mix it with the sauce and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 3 cup servings
