1- 32 oz. carton of Field Day Organic Savory Vegetable Low Sodium Vegetable Organic Broth1 med. onion, diced4 carrots, peeled & sliced thin2 zucchini, diced1 med. rutabaga, peeled & diced1/2 head of cabbage, sliced1/2 head of cauliflower, separated into bite sizes2 - 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes, low sodium3 - stalks celery, dicedSalt & pepper to taste(Add Basil, Oregano to taste - 1-2 tsp. each)
Wash and prepare vegetables (peel, dice, slice).
Add raw vegetables to the slow cooker, add 2 cans diced tomatoes and add carton of vegetable broth.
Cook on low-med heat for 8-10 hrs. until vegetables are done to your liking.
Serving Size: Makes 10 2-cup servings
