1 cup unbleached white flour1/2 c whole wheat flour6 T buttermilk powder1T baking powder1 1/2 t baking soda3/4 t salt1 c wheat bran (crude) soaked in water until moist1 1/2 eggs2/5 T canola oil
sift dry ingredients together
whisk wet ingredients togeter
add bran to wet
add wet to dry and whisk - don't over stir
drop by 1/4 c fulls
on griddle, turn when bubbly
one serving = 2 pancakes
