1 Cup, Black Beans1 Cup, Pinto Beans5oz Frozen Broccoli1 Cup raq Cauliflower1Cup raw carrots, chopped1 Cup frozen Bell Peppers1.5 Cup Tomato Sauce2 Cups low sodium chicken broth1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder6-8oz of lean ground turkey
I personally cooked my meat before putting into the crockpot. If you are using chicken or beef , layer the meat at the bottom of your slow cooker, then raw vegies, followed by your beans and frozen vegies. You then top it all with your broth, tomato sauce, and seasonings.
