Ingredients
2 large eggs2 tbsp all natural greek yogurt2 apples1 tbsp all natural peanut butter1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Beat eggs and yoghurt. Pour into warm nonstick pan. Cook on low heat until well browned then flip and brown other side. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Core and slice apples. Serve with peanut butter as dip. Add 16 oz of orange juice.
