Gluten Free Biscuits

Ingredients
1 3/4 Gluten Free Baking Mix1 tsp Xanthan Gum3 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Sugar1 tsp Salt6 Tbsp Cold Butter, cut into small pieces1 cup plain yogurt
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 425
2) Combine all of the dry ingredients and mix together
3) Add butter in with a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles crumbs
4) Add in the yogurt and mix until dough forms a ball.
5) Drop onto cookie sheet and form into shape with your hands
6) Bake for 15-20 minutes
Makes 6 large biscuits
