Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1- 26 oz can black beans, drained1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or any kind of flour- I often use rice or oat)8 oz 60-70% dark chocolate1 cup packed brown sugar6 large eggs
Directions
Drain beans, put in a food processor. Puree with 6 large eggs. Melt the chocolate in microwave or in a double boiler, and add to mixture. Add 1/4 cup flour and the sugar.
Pour into a Pyrex baking dish and bake for 27-30 min on 350F.

    These brownies are amazingly delicious. You can't taste the beans at all, you just taste chocolate yumminess. They are best after chilling in the fridge over night. - 5/17/09
