Asian Zest Salmon
- Minutes to Prepare:
- Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
Directions
3 TBSP Dijon Mustard3 TBSP Maple syrup1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar2 tsp Fresh Orange Zest1 Salmon filet
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the salmon. Put a cedar plank in the oven for five minutes at 350 degrees.
Place filet in sauce and flip it over so it is completely covered. When the five minutes are up, flip the plank over and place the filet on the top. Bake until the center of the filet reaches 145 degrees.
***Note, you could use two filets if you'd like, but I thought it was perfect with one. You can also change the amount of ingredients to your taste, or eyeball it!
