Zucchini "apple pie"

Ingredients
3 cups raw zucchini, peeled and sliced then halved 1/4 cup lemon juice4 pkts stevia3 tbsp cinnamon3 tsp nutmegTopping1/2 cup muesli12 tsp light brown sugarseveral sprays of I can't believe it isn't butter
Directions
cook zucchini in lemon juice and simmer till tender
about 15minutes.
Add cinnamon nutmeg and stevia ( you might need more or less depending on you taste and like of cinnamon)
Pour in pie pan
Mix muesli with light brown sugar and top zucchini
Spray several sprays on top so it will brown and bake about 30 minutes
