Turkey Sausage Skillet Dinner

1 sweet onion1 red bell pepper2 tsp olive oil1lb smoked turkey sausage2 cups red grapes3 tbsp balsamic vinegar1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper
1. Cut onion into slivers; cut red pepper into 1/2 inch pieces
2. In large nonstick skillet over medium, heat oil. Add sausage around edges of pan; add onion and pepper in center. Cook, partially covered, until sausage is browned on first side, 6 mins.
3. Turn sausage; stir grapes into onion mixture. cover and cook until vegetables are tender and sausage is cooked through, about 6 mins. Increase heat to high; stir in vinegar, salt and pepper. cook until reduced to saucy consistency, about 3 mins.
