Apple Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 per lb 1/4 C Dried CranberriesPeanut Butter, smooth style, 1 tbsp Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Whisk:
Oil and Peanut butter in bottom of mixing bowl until combined.

Chop:
Broccoli and Apple and toss in bowl with sauce and cranberries
Can be eaten right away or chilled first.
