Crockpot Blueberry French Toast

Ingredients
4 egg whites1 whole egg1/4c sour cream1/4c unsweet almond milk1 tsp cinnamon1tsp vanilla2/3c blueberries6 Ezekiel
Directions
1.Layer bottom of crockpot with 2 layers chunked bread
2.Top with blueberries
3.Whisk together eggs, sour cream, milk, cinnamon and vanilla
4.Pour over bread in pot.
5.Cook on high for 3-4 hours

Can top with a sugar free syrup
