Pancakes or waffles

Ingredients
Blend together:1.5 cups of flour3 tsp of baking powder1/2 tsp of salt2 tbsp of sugar (calculated to 6 tsp)Combine:1.5 cups of white milk2 eggs1/2 cup of grapeseed oil (or melted butter/margarine)
Directions
Add liquid to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake of batter in preheated oiled pan (I use a pancake smiley pan from Costco, so I just pour until the little faces are filled). Bake pancakes until surface is covered with bubbles and the edges lose their gloss. Turn and bake until golden brown.

Serving Size: 12 (4 inch) pancakes or 24 (2 3/4 inch) smiley pancake pan or can use for waffles and makes about 3 (9inch) waffles
