Black Bean Taquitos

Ingredients
Black bean taquitos 2 cooked chicken breasts- diced 1 can if black beans, drained and rinsed3 tablespoons salsa1 garlic clove minced1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper2 1/2 tablespoons lime juice1 (10 ounce) box of frozen spinach- I use fresh.3/4 cup of frozen corn kernels1/2 cup diced red bell pepper1 cup shredded cheeseWhole wheat tortillas.
Directions
Pre heat oven to 425*
Mix all ingredients together, minus the tortillas. Scoop out the mixture, and place in the tortillas and roll them up. Spray pan and taqitos lightly with cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Dip in salsa or homemade ranch smile emoticon
