Hamburger Chili Soup

Ingredients
2 cups water1 cup extra lean ground beef1/2 cup refried beans1.5 cups frozen vegetables for chili (arctic gardens)2 tsp. beef bouillon concentrate1 can Hunts premium tomatoes, chunky, with green pepper, celery and onion1 lg can red kidney beans2 tsp chili powder
Directions
Brown ground beef. Start 2 cups water boiling, add vegetables. Reduce heat to medium and add ground beef, refried beans, tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, the longer the better for flavour
