Anna's pork fried rice

Ingredients
4 cups brown rice, long grain cooked3 cups lean pork roasted , diced1 cup celery, raw, diced1 cup onions, raw, sliced1 cup Green Pepper (bell pepper) stripss1cup Carrots, raw, strips2 cups Cabbage, fresh chopped2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 tbsp Soy Sauce ( less sodium use low sodium)
Directions
In a large pot add 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil and heat. Then add all vegetables and stir until vegetables are tender, add pork and soy sauce and stir for an additional 2 minutes. Add rice and combine with a fork until everything is well mixed. Serve. Makes 10 servings.
