Almost all eggwhite veggie & ham omelet

Ingredients
1/4 cup egg whites1 Xtra large egg2 oz Ham Cubes1/2 cup peppers & onions chopped1 cup fresh spinach1 1/2 slices Kraft Fat Free Singles
Directions
Fold the cheese slices in half to make triangles. Keep three, save one for another time. sauté onions, peppers, spinach and ham until soft, and remove to a small plate. Beat egg whites and egg, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook eggs in small sauté pan lifting egg mixture and tilting/rolling pan to move uncooked egg from top to the bottom of the pan. When most of uncooked egg as been removed from the top, flip the omelet. Cook for a few seconds to set the bottom and remove pan from heat. Distribute vegetables over half of the omelet, top with cheese triangles. Using spatula fold the empty half of the omelet over the filling, and press slightly to set. Slide onto plate.
