Honey Salmon Baked in Foil.

Ingredients
4 sea queen wild caught pink salmon fillets 4 oz aldi2 tablespoons honey1/2 tablespoon of olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tablespoon white wine vinegar1/2 tablespoon of fresh thyme leavesKosher salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.
2. In small bowl, whisk together honey,garlic,olive oil, white wine vinegar,thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place salmon onto prepared baking sheet and fold up all 4 sides. Spoon the honey mixture over the salmon, covering completely and sealing the packet closed.
4. Place into oven and bake until cooked throgh, about 15-20 minutes.
Serve immediately.
