Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
15 oz. can asparagus, chopped, reserve liquid1 1/2 cups chicken broth1/4 tsp. dried marjoram1/2 tsp. onion powder1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/4 tsp. black pepper1/4 cup heavy cream1 T fresh parsley or 1/4 tsp. dried parsley1/2 tsp. iodized salt
Directions
Put the asparagus with its liquid and broth in a medium pot. Puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Add the seasonings and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat. Add the cream and parsley. Cook over low until just heated through. Add salt.
