.2 cups raw broccolli8 eggs2 oz tomato1 tbsp chopped chives8 slices bacon40 grams old chedder cheese.25 cups skim milk
Combine eggs and skim milk, mix thorougly.Wrap one bacon strip around each muffin cup. Chop tomato and chives and sprinkle in each muffin cup. Pour egg mixture in, grate cheese and sprinkle even amount over each one. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes or until tops brown
