Traditional Coleslaw

Ingredients
4 cups shredded green cabbage2 cups shredded red cabbage1 carrot, shredded2/3 cup mayonnaise1 tablespoon red wine vinegar1 tablespoon apple juice2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon sugar (optional)1/2 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
Toss both types of cabbage in a large bowl with the carrot. In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and carrot mixture and toss to coat thoroughly. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
