Spaghetti Squash Side Dish

Ingredients
1 Spaghetti Squash3 Tbsp smart balance light 4 Garlic Cloves (or more if you like)1 tsp Garlic PowderItalian Seasonings to tasteParsley (fresh if you have it) to tasteSalt & Pepper to taste1/3 C. water
Directions
Cook Butternut squash (I microwave mine but you can bake it also) until a knife will slide in easily but the butternut squash retains its shape.
Scrape out the spaghetti squash.
Melt the smart balance in a pan and saute the garlic for about a minute. Add spices and fresh or dried parsley and saute for a few seconds. Add spaghetti squash strands and water. Saute for 3 - 4 minutes or until water is cooked off and squash is heated through. (You can cook squash ahead of time.)
