Braised Collard Greens with Soy Sauce & Bacon

Ingredients
1 pack (454 g, 1 pound) chopped collard greens1 medium=to-large tomato1 small-to-medium onion2.5 garlic cloves, or 3 small2 tbsp soy sauce.Divide bacon onto small pieces by hands and distribute evenly over the large sauce pan.Cook until golden brown, add chopped onions, stir and cook until becomes transparent. Add finely chopped garlic, and stir until getting golden brown. Add cubed tomato and wait until breaks apart..Add pre-washed collard greens, stir all the time to reduce volume. When everything fits to the pan, add soy sauce and cook until seems ready.
