Fried Rice

Ingredients
Directions
1.5 cups uncooked Minute Rice1/2 large onion, chopped1 T soy sauce1 T Sunbird fried rice seasoning1 medium eggs, beaten
Cook rice per instructions. Let cool.
Add 2 T butter to skillett. Fry rice and onion.
Clear an area in the skillet and add the rest of the butter and then the eggs. Scramble eggs.
Incorporate back into the rice mix.
Sprinkle seasoning and soy sauce and mix through.
Serving Size: 4 servings
