Soaked Oats

Ingredients
1/4 cup oatmeal1/4 Almond Milk1 tsp Plain Yogurt1 tsp Maple Syrup or HoneyDash of Cinnamon1/2 tsp of vanilla1 tbs chia seeds
Directions
1/4 cup oatmeal - large flake no name brand is what I buy
1/4 (or maybe a dash more) Almond Milk
1 tsp Plain Yogurt
1 tsp Maple Syrup or Honey
Dash or two of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp of vanilla
Stir it all up thoroughly in a bowl or mason jar, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hrs.
